CCSNC is on the frontlines of providing hunger relief in our community to ensure that vulnerable populations are supported throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mission Statement

Job Training

Our 12-week program will provide you with the culinary and life skills needed to succeed in the food service industry. Here’s what you will get:

  • 12 weeks culinary training touching on all aspects of working in a professional kitchen
  • Uniforms, books, and instructional tools
  • Expertise of professionally trained chefs
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager training and certification
  • Resume and computer skills
  • Interview skills training and job placement assistance
  • Internships with area food service providers
  • Job support post-graduation

Community Involvement

  • Feeding the hungry: Meals prepared by students are donated to local food banks and distributed to families in need in our community
  • New Milford Senior Center Congregate Meal Provider
  • Emergency Food Provider for the Town of New Milford 
  • Hosting our popular Community Dinners throughout the year
