Position: Full time Grill Cook (breakfast and lunch)

Description:
We are a local catering company responsible for running corporate cafeterias in search of a Full Time Grill person. This position is for one of our busiest stations so candidate should be comfortable running a grill independently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Set up and break down of the grill station
* Taking orders and preparing said order in a friendly, presentable, and timely fashion
* Safely operate a meat slicer and execute proper knife handling
* Clean and sanitize work area, equipment, and utensils
* Food prep

Qualifications:

We are quite busy and could use more staff. Basically, the job entails the following:

1.  Working private events on weekends including Fridays.
2. Working alongside a chef or senior staff person to assist with all prep, plating, set-up, whatever may be needed to ensure the event goes off without a hitch.
3. Sous chef work opportunities weekdays and evenings to prepare for busy weekends.
4.  Events are held all over the tri-state area. Applicant MUST have a reliable means of transport.
5.  Salary: $35 per hour + tip for event work and $15 per hour for sous chef work. All pay will be done through a 1099 except for in some rare instances.
6.  Person will be expected to attend an event so that we can see if there is a good fit. Pay for that trial event is $100 + transportation.
