Catering Chef/Server: Ideal candidate will have an interest in bread baking as well as entrée preparation. Catering involves travel as well as prep, cooking and serving of Appetizers, Salads, Beef Tenderloin, Salmon, Chicken, Seafood, Paella, Neapolitan Pizza, Raw Bars, Pasta Sauté Stations, Asadas and MANY other foods on open wood fired grills, in the wood fired ovens and over gas stoves.
