Knowledge and Skills Required: ● Holds a ServSafe manager certification (or equivalent) ● Meets the minimum education requirements for a Category 1 LEA (Enrollment less than 500) ● Ability to keep all records as directed. ● Ability to delegate authority. ● Ability to lift 50 pounds. ● Positive customer service attitude.
● Aptitude for working in a program serving children. ● Perform other duties as required. ● 10 hours of required training in key topic areas (Annual)

Catering Chef/Server: Ideal candidate will have an interest in bread baking as well as entrée preparation. Catering involves travel as well as prep, cooking and serving of Appetizers, Salads, Beef Tenderloin, Salmon, Chicken, Seafood, Paella, Neapolitan Pizza, Raw Bars, Pasta Sauté Stations, Asadas and MANY other foods on open wood fired grills, in the wood fired ovens and over gas stoves.
