Enroll today to begin an exciting career in the food service industry

Professional techniques, food safety, nutrition, work habits and professionalism are emphasized over the twelve week sessions, with internships at area food establishments

We have BIG NEWS! Thanks to the incredible generosity of Litchfield Ford Dealership O & G Industries Inc, and our board member, Jeff Levine of Levine Auto & Truck Parts, we now have a catering van! We will be picking it up today and can’t wait to put it to use delivering holiday catering orders!

This vehicle is so important for us as catering local events and parties allows for the continuation of funding of students, while simultaneously ensuring students and graduates receive valuable, hands-on catering experience. Expanding our catering business is now possible since we can travel to more locations and reach new clients as well.

Community Culinary School of Northwestern Connecticut provides job and life skills training to unemployed and under-employed adults leading to career paths in the food service industry. For more information about our program or the new session starting on September 10, 2018, please contact Dawn Hammacott, Executive Director, at (203) 512-5791 or email her here!
